summer belongs to kids

Something special happens when children spend a week at Camp Oliver. Each child becomes part of the camp family. Learning to share and making independent decisions are part of a child’s growth and development. We offer one-week sessions for campers ages 6-16, each week with its own special theme. Campers also participate in a variety of programs and daily activities, make lasting friendships, and develop a wealth of new skills and interest. It is truly an unforgettable experience for all.

qualified staff

Camp Oliver functions so well because of our friendly staff. Counselors are carefully selected for their skills and sensitivity in working with children. Low camper-to-staff ratios ensure that each camper receives proper supervision throughout his or her stay. Experienced counselors head our arts & crafts, archery, nature, sports, aquatics, and other specialty programs.

If your income is within the Income Eligibility Guidelines (listed below) or your household receives one of the following, Foodstamps, CALWORKS, Kin-Gap, Food Distribution on Indian Reservations or  participates in the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), you can greatly aid Camp Oliver by completing, signing and returning an Eligibility Form for Camps and Enrolled Sites and sending it back to us as soon as possible. Foster children are eligible. Instructions for filling out this form are included.

Thank you!
